Although we don’t have a single report that returns all of these requirements, you can come pretty close.
Try the following:
First place the student in a Group by going to Group | Select
Click on the Student button
Enter the student’s last name and click Search
The name will appear on the left, single click on it to add it to the group on the right.
Click OK to save and close your group
Go to: Reports | Tabular | Visit Log | With Selected entries
Enter a date range you want to report on
In the upper left, click on the tab that says Group
Place a checkmark next to Run Report for Group Selected
Leave the other settings as is
Click Search
To hide any columns that contain student identifiable information, simply double click on the column headers and they will collapse.
Click Print to print the results.
The only thing it will be missing is the Disposition information. If you want, you can also run this report for each Disposition type. Follow the above directions but also use the #1 Group field to choose Disposition and in the #1 Category field that appears you would choose the first disposition type (ie: Back to class). Click Search. The report will display only visits that contain the selected disposition. You could hide your student identifiable columns and print the report. Maybe highlighting which disposition type in the report criteria at the top would help. Then repeat for the next Disposition type (ie: Dismiss to Parent).
