accident form

The accident form changed with version 4.2.0. I wish you would change it back to the original. The look was more professional.

Normally, program updates don't modify existing form letter templates or any items in your libraries. Can you please call the Technical Support line at 1-800-889-7627x3 and we can figure out what happened to your accident report during the update.
